shower over, basin and WC. Well equipped fitted kitchen. Sitting
room with open fire and dining area.

BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub
3 miles. Note: Due to the proximity of the lake please ensure
children are supervised at all times.
