spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the
Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets
and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing,
fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight,
with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering
wonderful walking and cycling.

Town/Village Description
Waterville is situated between Ballinskeligs Bay and Lough Currane
and is a tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry. Waterville has a
wonderful sandy beach, a fantastic championship 18 hole golf
course and fabulous archaeological remains. It is also surrounded
by stunning mountains and lakes. For walkers and fishermen, the
beautiful Kerry Way has many walks, rivers and lakes. A boat trip
to Skelligs, Beginish Island or Dingle is essential as is a visit
to Cahersiveen, a popular, coastal town ten miles from Waterville.
For the more adventurous, kayaking, mountaineering and cycling are
all available in the surrounding area. Waterville is a perfect
base and there is something for everyone in this part of County
Kerry.

Cottage Description
Waterville Bungalow is a single story bungalow situated in the
townland of Farranahown, just three miles from Waterville. This
welcoming bungalow has been furnished and decorated to a good
standard and is light and airy with a cosy sitting room with
electric fire - perfect to relax in after a busy day. There is
also an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area
whilst the highlight in the bathroom is the fantastic Jacuzzi
bath. Waterville Bungalow sleeps five and has three bedrooms - one
double, one twin and one single. Outside the bungalow is a front
and rear lawned garden and a hedged garden to the side and there
is also off road parking for four cars. Waterville Bungalow is
ideal for families and is an excellent base to experience the many
activities and attractions the area has to offer.
