A standard cleaning fee of 150 will be charged in addition to the rent. Should extra cleaning be required this will be charged at an appropiate rate.

BOOKING DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE TO SECURE BOOKING AND BALANCE OF BOOKING FUNDS MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL. (i.e. Who ever arrives the first to take Possession of the House must have the balance of the Booking.) FAILING TO PAY FULL BALANCE OF FUNDS ON ARRIVAL WILL RESULT IN A NO ADDMISSION TO THE PREMISES.

ARRIVAL TIME WILL BE AGREED AND FUNDS MUST BE PAID THEN OR CAN BE FORWARDED IN ADVANCE VIA BANK TRANSFER.

NO ALLOWANCES WILL BE MADE TO THE ABOVE.
