Upstairs are two large bedrooms - the first with a double and single bed with wash hand basin and the final bedroom has two double beds with wash hand basin. A family bathroom with a bath and over head shower allows the property offer very flexible accommodation and the ability to cater for everyone.
Outside is a delightful walled back garden making it safe for small children to play. Parking facilities for 2 cars. The house is located opposite a Gala garage with mini-market and is a 5 minute walk to the bubbling town of Miltown Malbay which offers a variety of great pubs, restaurants, traditional music and fun for all the family. In addition Spanish Point beach is a 15 minute walk from our house which makes the property an ideal base to see this lovely location and enjoy the surf and atmosphere of a wonderful county.
Adjacent to Lahinch Seaworld, Liscannor, Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, Burren, Shannon Airport, car ferry, Galway and Limerick. Riding stables, Golf, and of course plenty of surfing !
