spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the
Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets
and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing,
fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight,
with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering
wonderful walking and cycling.

Town/Village Description
The wonderful town of Waterville is known as the premier coastal
tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry, and is nestled between
Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane. This lovely town is
surrounded by mountains and Lakeland, and also plays host to a
fine sandy beach, a championship 18-hole golf course and
archaeological remains, meaning there is something here to satisfy
all tastes. The renowned Kerry Way runs through the town and
offers superlative walking opportunities, while the rivers and
lakes in the area provide fantastic fishing and angling. The
Skelligs, a UNESCO heritage site, enjoy wonderful views across the
Atlantic Ocean. Cahersiveen is just 10 miles away and provides a
great day out.

Cottage Description
This lovely detached cottage is situated entirely over the ground
floor, in a countryside location, 3 miles from the coastal resort
of Waterville, on the Ring of Kerry, County Kerry. Inside, the
cottage offers a large kitchen with dining area and a warming
Stanley range cooker, a cosy sitting room with an open fire, and
three bright bedrooms; two twin rooms and one double. Outside, the
cottage has off road parking for 2 cars. A short drive will take
you to Waterville and its beaches, golf course and fishing, while
great walks are in abundance with the Ring of Kerry running
through the town.
