This modern and spacious house has been furnished and equipped to
a very high standard with all mod cons included. Situated in a
quiet location and within a few mins walking distance to the
square in Louisburgh town with all amenities, it has an enclosed
back garden with large decking area, gas barbecue and furniture
supplied. Price includes bed linen / duvets / towels / e.s.b. and
heating. Ideal for families we also provide bicycles (2 adults and
2 children's ) a travel cot, stair gate, and high chair free of
charge. Consisting of five bedrooms (sleeps 10) upstairs there are
three bedrooms, one twin room and two double rooms, one with king
size bed and t.v. Downstairs you have two bedrooms one twin room
and one double room with en-suite.
Also downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and living area with
a leather suite and open fire, t.v. with sky to air satelite dish.
The house has an upstairs bathroom with electric shower, while
downstairs you have a large w.c. and washroom, with an an-suite
with electric shower in the double bedroom.Close to the house you
have many blue flag beaches suitable for families with children,
the nearest being Carramore Beach just 5 mins drive away.

Also within a 10 min drive there is Old Head Beach.
For the more adventurious you have Carrowniskey Beach
approximately 10 mins drive away and popular with surfers, kite
surfers, and canoeists all year round.

A few miles further on you have Silver Strand Beach also well
worth a visit.The well known town of Westport is only a 15 min
drive from Louisburgh, and has a wider variety of shops,
galleries, restaurants, and pubs to choose from, on the way you
will pass the foot of Crough Patrick.

A regular Taxi service is available from Louisburgh to Westport
and back. Prices weekly from 550 euro to 800 euro and weekends
from 450 euro to 550 euro.
