Galway cottage has three welcoming bedrooms, a bathroom and a
ground floor shower room, which means groups of friends and
families are able to stay in this wonderful holiday home. To the
outside of the Galway cottage you will find a lovely, well-
established garden with small pond, giving you peace and
tranquility. Alternatively, you may choose to sit amongst the
trees or look down on the garden from the decked area above. Spend
a fun day at the beach sunbathing or swimming or explore the
delights of Galway City, which is within easy driving distance,
plus Oranmore offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. A
terrific Galway cottage, which is a perfect base for exploring the
area at any time of year.

leading to raised decked area, 1 x family room with 1 double and 1
single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground
floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with
dining area. Sun room (seats 3) with woodburner. Sitting room
(seats 5) with woodburner.

Full oil fired central heating with additional heating from
woodburners in sitting room and sun room. Electric oven and hob,
microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD.
All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in
rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with pond,
furniture and BBQ. Decked area with furniture. One well behaved
dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 1.5 miles. Note: All
children and pets to be well supervised due to unfenced pond.
Note: The owner's artist studio is next to this Galway cottage,
and will provide painting classes at an additional charge. Contact
