County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with
spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the
Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets
and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing,
fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight,
with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering
wonderful walking and cycling.

Town/Village Description
Waterville lays between Ballinskellings Bay and Lough Currane and
is the main coastal area on the Ring of Kerry. The village offers
one of the best 18 hole golf courses in Ireland, which lays right
next to coast. There is also a glorious sandy beach and there are
angling opportunities on the areas rivers or lakes. Also, walks
are plentiful along the superb Kerry Way. Further afield; why not
take a relaxing boat ride to the Skelligs, Beginish Island or
Dingle. For souvenir shopping the lively town of Cahersiveen is
only 10 miles away. This is a wonderful area and a fantastic base
to explore the west coast of Kerry.

Cottage Description
This wonderful modern cottage situated on the west coast of Kerry,
offers a holiday home that has been fully furnished and decorated
to a high standard. Imagine after a busy day relaxing in front of
the open fire or dining in the garden enjoying the views. This
cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms; There are two ground
floor twin bedrooms, with a shower room on the ground floor, and a
double bedroom and twin bedroom, both en-suite, on the first
floor. The French doors open out to a gravelled garden area with
patio, and garden area with off road parking for three cars. No. 1
Clondyke Close offers a superb base to explore Waterville and the
surrounding area.
