tranquil area of the Dingle Peninsula, 7 miles west of Dingle.

All bedrooms have hot & cold handbasins and the master bedroom has
an ensuite shower. The spacious living room has an open fire and a
magnificent view of Smerwick Harbour. The separate dining room
also has an open fire.

The house has a large garden and private parking facilities. It is
a five minute walk from the house to a local grocery shop and
church. A mile away there is a sandy beach and 1.5 miles away is
the fishing village of Ballydavid. There are restaurants and pubs
nearby and an 18 hole golf course at Ballyferriter about four
miles away.

Central heating and electricity are extra and based on meter
reading. Sheets and bedclothes are supplied free of charge. Sorry,
pets are not allowed.

The cottage offers 2 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite shower), 1
twin bedded room, bathroom, comfortable and spacious living room
with open fire and magnificent views, dining room with open fire,
well-equipped kitchen.
