enclosed garden with hot-tub. It is also wheelchair accessible.

Accommodation consists of Five Bedrooms of which three are ensuite
with shower. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. A modern
Kitchen with all the newest appliances and open plan dining room
with patio doors to landscaped garden. A spacious Living room with
open fireplace newly decorated to highest standard complete with
Plasma Screen TV, DVD and Stereo System. Main Bathroom with
Jacuzzi Bath / Shower.

Each bedroom has two single beds, which are zip and link and so
can be put together to make into double beds.

One of the downstairs bedrooms is wheelchair accessible and the en
suite bathroom has an accessible shower. The kitchen is at a lower
level also to accommodate along with wide doors. There are three
bedrooms upstairs, and two downstairs.

All properties are built to Failte Irelands Four star luxury
accommodation standard including quality furnishings, beds,
equipment, excellent housekeeping, central heating and well
maintained dcor. When a holiday home is rented for more than one
week housekeeping will provide a change of bed linen each
Saturday. Tennis court and health club are open to all guests.
