This exceptional dormer bungalow is located in the scenic village of Union Hall in West Cork.

A large modern home it offers accommodation in 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people.

Accommodation
On the ground floor there is a large modern kitchen leading through to a sunroom overlooking the garden and Curragilly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences expected in a quality holiday home. There is a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a guest WC. The large sitting room is fully furnished and comes complete with 28" TV and DVD player. There is also a double room ensuite on this floor.

Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite. Bedroom number 2 has a double bed and single bed and bedroom number 3 has bunk beds and a single bed. The main bathroom is also located on this floor.

The rooms are all spacious and beautifully finished.

There are spectacular views from the house which is surrounded by a large private garden.

There is a childrens playground five minutes drive from the house.

All water to the house is from a well sunk 380 feet down and this natural spring water not only feeds the drinking water but also feeds the power showers installed in the two ensuites & the main bathroom.

There is a large landscaped garden with pebble driveway.
