This large detached house sits just outside the coastal resort of
Waterville on the south west coast of Ireland and sleeps eight
people in four bedrooms.

Region Description
County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with
spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the
Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets
and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing,
fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight,
with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering
wonderful walking and cycling.

Town/Village Description
Waterville sits between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane
making it the premier coastal tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry.
Surrounded by mountains and lakeland, Waterville also offers a
fine sandy beach, a championship 18 hole golf course and
archaeological remains. There are numerous walks along the Kerry
Way as well as angling and fishing on one of the areas many
excellent rivers or lakes. Other trips of note are Beginish Island
or Dingle, or visit the bustling coastal town of Cahersiveen which
is only 10 miles away. A great base from which to explore the
south west coast and the famous ring of Kerry.

Cottage Description
Beenbane Lower is a large detached house which sits in a small
hamlet just outside the coastal resort town of Waterville in
County Kerry. The cottage sleeps eight people in four beautifully
decorated bedrooms (two twins and two doubles with ensuite
facilities) as well as a large family bathroom with a Jacuzzi
bath. The downstairs of the cottage comprises an open plan living
area with fitted kitchen, a dining area in the sun room and
sitting area for 6 people with an open fire. To the outside is a
lawned garden surrounding the cottage with furniture and a
barbecue as well as ample off road parking. Beenbane Lower
benefits from being close to the amenities of the town, but is
just far enough outside to relish the peace and tranquillity of
the County Kerry countryside.
