on offer in Kinsale while everyone can enjoy the traditional music
and the 'craic' in abundance in the wide selection of bars in this
lively town. A wonderful base for a great Cork cottage holiday.

One double bedroom with low slanted ceiling (ensure care is
taken). Ground floor shower room with shower, basin & WC. Open
plan living area with fitted kitchen, fold-away dining table &
sitting area with single sofa bed (suitable for a child) & gas
heater.

heater in sitting area. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge (no
ice box), washing machine, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio,
library of books, games & DVDs. Fuel & power inc. in rent (20 oil
supplement payable direct to owner Oct - March inclusive). Bed
linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate on
request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to rear with
furniture & use of children's play items (from owner). Two well
