area and private parking directly opposite.
Access to the complex is secured by electronic gates.

Local amenities include Rosslare golf and recreation
centre, watersports centre, the famous 4* Kelly's resort
hotel and Spa (membership not required) as well as a
good variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops
and of course the beautiful Rosslare strand beach
which is directly opposite the complex. Rosslare train
station is only mile away.

Available for rent all year round, rates ranging from
350 p/wk in low season to 700 p/wk high season.
No large groups as this is mainly a family-oriented
complex. Discounts for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
No weekend lettings. Bedlinen included.
