County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with
spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the
Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets
and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing,
fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight,
with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering
wonderful walking and cycling.

Town/Village Description
Nestled between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane, sits
Waterville, the premier coastal tourist centre on the Ring of
Kerry. Surrounded by mountains and lakeland, Waterville also
offers a fine sandy beach, a championship 18 hole golf course and
interesting archaeological remains. Enjoy walks along the
wonderful Kerry Way or angling and fishing on one of the areas
many excellent rivers or lakes. Take a boat trip to the Skellig
Rocks, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy fabulous
vistas across the bay, coupled with seeing one of Europe's best
known and oldest monasteries. Other trips of note are Beginish
Island or Dingle, or visit the bustling coastal town of
Cahersiveen which is only 10 miles away.

Cottage Description
Ballygarrett House is a spacious detached bungalow a mile from the
popular coastal village of Waterville in County Kerry on the west
coast of Ireland. The cottage can sleep seven people in two
doubles, one single and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom
and separate shower room. The cottage also contains a fitted
kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric
fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars, lawned
gardens to the front and rear with garden furniture and a BBQ.
With all of the west coast to discover, Ballygarrett House is a
fabulous cottage for an enjoyable Irish holiday.
