Ring region close to Dungarvan, County Waterford and sleeps seven
people in two bedrooms.

Region Description

dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach are waiting to be
enjoyed and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on
your doorstep. From caves and culture to fishing and festivals,
these four beautiful counties - this idyllic region will tempt you
back time and again.

Town/Village Description
The region of Ring is situated on a peninsula, overlooking
Dungarvan Harbour, just 6 miles from the town itself. Ring has
many townlands, and is a rapidly growing area, already home to a
restaurant, 5 pubs, and a Post Office. The area has two fishing
piers, two beaches and a cove, and from Ring, you can walk the
path across the sands of Dungarvan Bay, right to the edge of the
town. The harbour town of Dungarvan has a whole host of exciting
activities for guests to enjoy, including fishing, boating and
wind surfing, while the delightful harbourside cafes, pubs and
restaurants will tantalise your taste buds. There are also three
golf courses within easy reach of Dungarvan, and sea angling can
be arranged from Helvick Head. A little further afield, Waterford
town, New Ross and County Tipperary are all waiting to be
discovered.

Cottage Description
An Lisin is a delightful cottage in an elevated position with
breathtaking views over Dungarvan Harbour and the large sandy bay
in the Ring region of County Waterford. The cottage has one double
bedroom and one family room (with three beds) which with the
addition of a double futon sofabed makes it suitable for up to
seven people. There is also a family shower room and an open plan
living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room.
There is a second sitting room on a mezzanine level. Outside the
cottage is a lawned garden with a patio, outdoor furniture, a
barbecue and children's play equipment as well as off road parking
for two cars. With wonderful views to the sea and with its
proximity to the coast, An Lisin is a holiday cottage that the
whole family will enjoy.
