A modern and comfortable detached holiday cottage with panoramic sea views and situated in a holiday complex in the magnificent Hook Peninsula in the 'sunny South East' and within 5 minutes walking distance to a secluded sandy beach. Sleeps 5 adults. Three Star Failte Ireland registered.

The cottage and the village complex is ideal for families/children with two children's playgrounds, with equipment suitable for all ages, a tennis court/basketball area and an enclosed astra turf '5 a side' soccer pitch. The complex has plenty of car parking space, has well maintained open grounds and grassed areas and barbeque facility for residents.

The ground floor of the cottage has a bright kitchen/living room with patio doors leading to a large south facing dack with uninterrupted views of the sea. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a smaller single bedroom, and a bathroom with bath/shower. The cottage is fully funtional for a holiday stay with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, satellite and Saorview TV, DVD, radio/CD and open fireplace. Bedlinen is provided.

The Hook peninsula has many fine beaches and local amenities within a short drive. It is steeped in history and is renowned for its unspoilt and unique landscape, its watersports activites, the historic Hook Lighthouse as well as many castles, abbeys and places of interest in the vicinity. It is a very popular area for unwinding leisure breaks and family holidays or specialist activities with a friendly welcome for visitors.
