This delightful 4 bedroom detached house is located just minutes from the lovely fishing village of Fethard-on-Sea. The house has all mod cons and very comfortable - just perfect for a family holiday.

Rates are 400 to 550 per week and weekend rentals are available. Extra days or short breaks also available.
Prices include electricity, bed linen and towels. Exit cleaning extra at 75.

Upstairs - The master bedroom with kingsize bed, 1 Double bedroom and a twin bedroom and the family bathroom. Downstairs is the lounge/dining/ kitchen is a welcoming and attractive open plan area opening out to the terrace outside, which has gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. There is a further single bedroom on the lower level which has sofa and TV with nearby shower room. This room can also act as a den area. (Downstairs bedroom/bathroom suitable for people with restricted access - no need to use stairs).

Back Garden is grassed with mature plans, has a fabulous deck that gets the sun all day ideal for BBQ and socialising or just relaxing with a book. Gates on both sides so safe for children. Outdoor furniture/bbq/chiminea fire all supplied. Golf clubs and various games for children and chairs/umbrellas etc to take to the beach if you wish. DVDs, books & indoor games also in house for use. Front gardens are open planned & have 2 car parking spaces.

This is a terrific house for a family holiday and is very convenient to lots of amenities with Fethard on Sea Village only 2 min walk away with Shop, Restaurants, Pubs, Childrens Playground, Chinese Restaurant & Take Away, Post Office. Local Market every Saturday. (Basic essentials are provided eg: tea/coffee/sugar, salt pepper, washing up liquid ).

House is within 5 mins drives of 3 beaches (Carnivan, Baginbun, Grange) and within 10 mins of many many more (Dollar Bay, Duncannon, Sandel). Hook lighthouse /Tintern Abbey/Dunbrody Castle are all within 10 mins drive. Wexford/Waterford approx 30 mins. Information pack available in house listing all attractions, local walks and things to do.

August - Great house, modern, comfortable, great secure garden for the children. Lovely sitting on balcony at nite with the Chimnea lit. Great that you can walk to shop, pubs and the beachs are all only 5 mins away by car or 20 mins walk. Lovely walk to the harbour - did it nearly every evening. Will be back!! Summer 2012 We had a wonderful time in Fethard. The house was a good size and the garden at the back was excellent. Having the use of the bbq and fat boy (chiminea) was great for outdoor eating and night time fires.

Jan 2012 The Clovers is a home away from home in Fethard on Sea. The house was both cosy and immaculate and it very comfortably accomodated the 4 adults and 2 kids we had staying. Nevilles with its excellent food and atmosphere is within a couple of minutes walk as is the rest of the village and the beautiful beaches are all close by. It made for a lovely break. I will definitely be booking this house again.

May 2012 The house is perfect and the secure south facing garden is a great asset. There were 4 adults and two 2 year olds in the house for the week. We had plenty of space and the estate is lovely and quiet and it was great to see children playing on the green. The house is only a short stroll into the village of Fethard on Sea. This is a lovely village, has everything that a young family would need - playground, Londis that sell proper ice-cream cones and Neville's pub and restaurant has excellent food. We would highly recommend this house to anyone holidaying in Wexford. Hook Lighthouse and Duncannan are on your doorstep. There are fabulous walks around the beaches and if it rains you can take the ferry over to Passage East and go to Splashworld in Tramore or there in an indoor play area in New Ross. If the adults fancy a treat then head to Dunbrody House for dinner
