Town/Village Description
Waterville sits between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane,
making it the premier coastal tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry.
Surrounded by mountains and lakeland, Waterville offers a fine
sandy beach, a championship golf course and interesting
archaeological remains. Enjoy walks along the wonderful Kerry Way
or angling and fishing on one of the areas many excellent rivers
or lakes. Take a boat trip to the Skellig Rocks, which is a UNESCO
World Heritage Site, and enjoy fabulous views across the bay,
coupled with seeing one of Europe's oldest monasteries. Other
trips of note are Beginish Island or Dingle, or visit the bustling
coastal town of Cahersiveen which is only 10 miles away.

Cottage Description
1 Sloane Heights is a detached cottage in an elevated position
sitting just outside the seaside town of Waterville in County
Kerry. Comprising four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one
with adult bunk beds) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage
can sleep a family of eight. The cottage also contains a fitted
kitchen and a dining room in which is a range cooker. There are
also two sitting rooms (one with an open fire) both of which seat
five people. To the outside of the cottage is an enclosed rear
garden with patio and lawned area and off road parking for three
cars. Having a shop next door and the beach just five minutes'
walk away, 1 Sloane Heights is in an ideal location for a
memorable family holiday.
