Clongriffin is a new suburb of Dublin City, and Ireland's largest new town development. There are over 3,500 homes being constructed in Clongriffin Town Centre. Department Store, a Bar, several restaurants, and numerous retail outlets are under construction and available To Let.

A new DART is under construction and is due to open in early 2009.
